What we do with your data.

In compliance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). This notice describes exactly what this site does today — nothing more, nothing less.

  1. 1. Data controller

    The controller of your personal data is NOVA (novasites.com.mx), reachable at contacto@novasites.com.mx. Any question about this notice is handled through that address.

  2. 2. What we collect

    Only the data you provide by filling out the contact form: name, email address, company name (optional), service of interest and the message you write. We do not collect data automatically through analytics, advertising pixels or session recording tools.

  3. 3. What we use it for

    To answer your inquiry, prepare a proposal if applicable and follow up commercially on the project you described. We don't use your data for advertising, we don't cross-reference it with third parties and we don't add it to mass mailing lists.

  4. 4. Cookies and similar technologies

    This site does not use cookies. The only information we store in your browser is a localStorage preference called "nova-theme" that remembers whether you prefer light or dark mode. That preference never leaves your device — we don't send it to any server and we don't share it with anyone.

  5. 5. Third parties

    Form messages are sent directly to contacto@novasites.com.mx on our server. We don't use third-party services like Formspree, Web3Forms, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, HubSpot or similar tools. Our hosting provider (Hostinger) does process the normal technical traffic of any website (access logs, IP), subject to its own privacy policy.

  6. 6. Your ARCO rights

    You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition (ARCO) by writing to contacto@novasites.com.mx from the same address you used to contact us. We respond within a maximum of 20 business days per the law.

  7. 7. How long we keep the data

    If your inquiry doesn't turn into a project, we delete the message from our inbox within 6 months. If it does become a project, the data stays attached to the commercial file for the duration of the relationship and up to 5 years after, per Mexican tax obligations.

  8. 8. Changes to this notice

    If we update this notice we reflect it on this same page with a new date at the top. The current version is always the one published here.
