Terms and conditions

The site's rules, short.

This document applies to the use of the novasites.com.mx website. Development services are governed by the specific contract we sign with each client — not by these terms.

  1. 1. Purpose

novasites.com.mx is an informational site about NOVA's services and products. It is not a transactional platform: we don't sell products or services directly from the site, we don't process payments and we don't store user accounts.

  2. 2. Acceptable use

You may browse the site freely, read the content and contact us through the form. You may not use the site to attempt to access systems, spam our inbox or scrape it in an automated way at scale without prior permission.

  3. 3. Intellectual property

Site content (text, frontend code, visual system, illustrations) belongs to NOVA unless another source is indicated. You may quote excerpts with attribution, but not reproduce the site or substantial parts without written permission.

  4. 4. Client mentions

Cases published under /cases only include clients who authorized the mention in writing. Third-party logotypes belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification.

  5. 5. External links

The site may contain links to third-party sites (for example, WhatsApp or email). We don't control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

  6. 6. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Outages may occur due to maintenance, hosting changes or external causes.

  7. 7. Limitation of liability

Published information is for informational purposes. Any specific commercial decision is documented in the proposal or contract signed with the client — not on the site. NOVA is not liable for decisions taken solely based on the site's public content.

  8. 8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute is submitted to the courts of Mexicali, Baja California.
